Yes. College bachelor's graduates need CLB 7, the same as university graduates.
Can I use this score for PR later?
Yes, as long as it's still valid. Language test results are valid for 2 years.
Do I need CLB 7 in every skill?
Yes. IRCC looks at each skill separately, so one score below CLB 7 is enough to fall short.
